Evaluation Process
Is Red2Black an outsourcing company?
Not exactly, at least not by traditional definitions. If inventory allows it, we believe (as do many of our clients) that in-house marketing is the most cost effective approach to asset disposition. Many of our clients have pulled back from using outsourcing companies who over-promise and under-deliver. However, just because you market “in- house” doesn’t mean you cannot rely on outside expertise. And that is where Red2Black excels.
Marketing Process
Does Red2Black provide CMAs or BPOs (property evaluations)?
Our area of expertise is in REO marketing; consequently, we provide hundreds of
BPOs per year for our established clients.
Sales Process
Is Red2Black associated with a national franchise?
No, our clients are never tied to a particular chain or franchise real estate company.
Red2Black is an independent company and our 6000+ associates come from all
different types of real estate companies. Our goal is to work with the best
available REO-experienced brokerage houses across the country, regardless of
their franchise affiliation - or lack thereof.
